If you just wanna zone out, you could not choose a more suitable location. Resting beside the Macleay River, my wife and I enjoyed a simply stunning 2 night stay. We felt like we were miles and miles away. It is so peaceful, and the accomodation is superb!

Fantastic Break Salt team went over and beyond to make our holiday so very enjoyable!
Our Villa (3) was decorated beautifully, everything supplied (except food of course) with a very comfortable bed!!

Wonderful to see our kangaroos and kookaburras/kingfishers up so close.
Location was excellent for getting a great pub meal and for my husband to enjoy his fishing.
Only very minor criticism was lounge was unsuitable for elderly people. read less

Very easy walk to Riverside Tavern and their steaks are absolutely amazing! The bathroom in cabin needs heating. It was a very cold morning and bathroom very cold. Wouldn’t want to be here in winter! It was a very windy night and we thought the carport might fly away. Absolutely loved the wild life. Gorgeous kangaroos. read less

The cabins were well-appointed, clean and comfortable. It was such a lovely experience to be able to have pre-dinner drinks and watch the sunset over the Macleay river. We were surrounded by native friends (kangaroos, kookaburras, ducks) and this added to the relaxed feel of the place. No real negatives apart from the bedroom being slightly small and therefore not having a bedside table on each side of the bed but this is being very nit-picky. Check in and out were very convenient and all done by text with code security for gates and safe box for door key. Looking forward to going back. More read less

Very handy short stroll to Riverside Tavern for a great meal. We enjoyed 2 nights here in a 2 bedroom cabin but thought it was a little "pricey" for two people. read less
